- Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA): Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop financial models and projections to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
- Project Management: Manage financial projects and initiatives from inception to completion
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and metrics to provide insights into business performance and trends
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities associated with projects and initiatives
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on financial outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate risk factors throughout the project lifecycle
- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial resources effectively to support project priorities and objectives
- Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize project efficiency and ROI
- Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations based on financial analysis
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in financial projects
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones effectively
- Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Finance Projects department
- Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to streamline project management processes and enhance efficiency
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members within the Finance Projects department
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Set performance expectations and provide feedback to support professional development
