• Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA): Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop financial models and projections to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
• Project Management: Manage financial projects and initiatives from inception to completion
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and metrics to provide insights into business performance and trends
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities associated with projects and initiatives
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on financial outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate risk factors throughout the project lifecycle
• Resource Allocation: Allocate financial resources effectively to support project priorities and objectives
• Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize project efficiency and ROI
• Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations based on financial analysis
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in financial projects
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones effectively
• Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Finance Projects department
• Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to streamline project management processes and enhance efficiency
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members within the Finance Projects department
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Set performance expectations and provide feedback to support professional development
