Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical lead for Power Platform projects, translating business requirements into technical designs and overseeing project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to Power Platform developers, leading the project from a technology standpoint, being involved in requirements, architecture, design, development, and implementation phases
- Lead the solution architecture process in partnership with the Development Team, to create robust and scalable solutions using MS Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps, AI Builder, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Lead, own, and support the sales, delivery, and governance of Power Platform-based solutions, including initial feasibility, and responses to large-scale and complex use-case opportunities.
- Work with other platform infrastructure architects (M365) to define Power Platform best practices, efficient solutions, application development, and deployment guidelines.
- Work with Volvo Cars central cloud and infrastructure team, for scaling up the Power Platform and troubleshooting any issues.
- Mentor and coach team members on Power Platform development best practices. Share knowledge, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Closely work with business stakeholders on a regular basis, providing status updates, application requirements elicitation, technical design reviews, business validation, and sign-off for Go-Live.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and quality assurance processes for Power Platform projects.
- Drive consistency, maintain code quality, process documentation, design standards, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborating within Intelligent Automation and outside the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Be a trusted technology adviser to our stakeholders as well as your colleagues.
- Taking end-to-end ownership and accountability of deliverables and being responsible for the technical quality of the team s output.
Do you fit the profile
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert PL-600 Certified.
- A minimum of 8+ years experience in relevant technology, with at least 5+ of leadership experience which has been specific to the development, design, and delivery of Power Platform applications, most importantly Power Apps & Automate flows.
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Tech Lead/Technical Architect with expertise in designing and delivering Power Platform solutions.
- Concrete understanding of UX/UI principles to deliver user-friendly, lean, and visually appealing interfaces for Power Apps.
- Creative problem solver and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development quickly and efficiently.
- Functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Office 365, and related Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure Active Directory, Azure), and other third-party technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, components, and services.
- Well-versed with Agile delivery lifecycle and methodology (DevOps) and comfortable leading the Agile ceremonies/Scrum.
- Strong interest in data and Power BI for data modeling, visualization and reporting.
- Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience building and managing SharePoint data structures (creating and configuring sites, security models, Dataverse integration) and SharePoint sites.
- Experience in integrating API solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience with Power Platform application packages, deployment, and ALM process setup
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse international teams, cross-functional teams and business stakeholders from across the world.

- Nice to have:
- Power Automate Desktop experience
- Understanding of Azure technical infrastructure and its components
- Exposure to Azure services, Datalake, and ADF components
- Experience and knowledge of basic coding languages including Python, C#, HTML5, and JavaScript
