Role purpose
The aim of this role is to process and provide quote/pricing for the requests received from customers and sales team.
Key accountabilities
- Understand the customer / sales requirements and produce quotes within agreed timelines.
- The activity includes building connectivity checks, procuring OLO cost from third party suppliers and pricing by using colt pricing tools, offnet supplier tools, price books, price lists, discount rules etc.
- Communication with sales on regular basis and update the work instructions as per business and process requirements
- Create and maintain internal process documentation, administrative logs and report to management on regular basis.
- The analyst is responsible to send the offer to the sales/customer and report the quote accurately in order to link the quote when the offer is accepted to an order.
- Participate in system, tool and process changes and adopt new ways of working.
- Keeping apprised with new products and technologies.

Role specific requirements
Skills & Experience
- Telecom background preferred. Technical knowledge can be an added advantage.
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Experience in speaking to customers & Sales
- Experience in written communication to customers
- Adopts a flexible and results orientated approach
- Foreign language can be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS office required
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Technical degree preferred) with 2-3 years of experience
