Job description

The person will be based at Gurgaon , however he is will be responsible for entire UP and will require frequent traveling through UP market.

People from Udaan , Indiamart similar organization will be preferre d.

Preferred - MBA

Responsibilities:-

  • Onboarding traders in the assigned territory

Plan and drive Sales Development KPIs in the region

  • Managing real relationships with the traders, local government, non-Government and other local

stakeholders.

  • Monitor, drive & achieve clear performance objectives (Performance vs Targets) for the assigned

area/territory.

  • Fulfilling Trader engagement under an identified route map to cover the region
  • Develop and propose standard reports for informed analysis and rapid decision-making by

stakeholders

  • Implement Sales Transformation, Sales IT & Capability agendas
  • Building Infra: Design & plan optimum manpower, DDs, FOS Field teams
  • Evolve a strong productivity agenda and drive the same through the region
  • Standardization as well as optimization thru Best Practice sharing and building capability
  • Identify key Capability Gaps, both in people & systems to deliver the AOP and build solutions around

it thru the GTM & Sales Productivity

  • Develop programs to build a committed network of distributors who can deliver a competitive

advantage

  • Understand the market forces and benchmark with other FMCG companies and Industry

Requirements

The Responsibility requires extensive travelling and stay at the assigned territory

Atleast 5 years of channel management, handling Wholesalers, Distributors, Retailers.

Alteast 3 years of handling Rural, Semi-rural territories in Uttar Pradesh

Excellent relationship building / Influence an communication skills

Adept to decision making using data

Excellent problem-solving skills, in a fast-paced, early-stage start-up environment

BE/B.Tech + MBA with experience with overall experience not less than 6 years in total

Strong Commercial awareness.

Preference to work in B2B E-commerce industry experience in similar role.
