Job description
· SCCM Client installation and troubleshooting
· Experience in SCCM 2012 / Current Branch (CB) Application Configuration and Deployment.
· Software patching for workstations and servers with SCCM/WSUS
· Experience in OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting
· SCCM Health Monitoring.
· SCCM 2012/CB reporting Services
· Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and their components
· Resolving issues for patches compliance
· Should have good experience in troubleshooting issues in both servers as well as client side
· Strong in handling maintenance requests such as new version, Upgrade and patch.
· Software Package creation and deployment testing.
· Software installation support for end users
· Create and update documentation regarding processes and software as needed for various rollout.
· Experience in VMware, Hyper-V.
· Ensure packages comply standards and deployed in production.
· Good Communication skills
