Job Summary:

PHS Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our Pharmaceuticals department. As a Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, and monitor the implementation and updates of FSSAI, FSSC, Halal, Kosher, ISO 22000, etc.
• Monitoring of personal hygiene standards of food handlers / Operation staff in charge of Audit visits by certificate body.
• Liaise with external laboratory on testing.
• Carry out Compliance Inspection on the production floor, and warehouse and work with the team for corrective action.
• Lead in prompt investigation and resolution of customer feedback. Complaint
• Set up or improve existing SOP on processes, and storage regarding quality and food safety.
• Quality control of product production
• Set up and print product labels.
• Manage quantities of materials and ensure required quantities are met.
• Any other tasks that are assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Lifesciences a relevant field (e.g., Food Technology, Pharmacy, Quality Assurance or Sciences).
• Proven experience of 5-10 yrs in quality assurance within the life sciences industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Food & Nutra
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
