Job description

So basically we have new process (Vodafone Qatar Process) that we have to start from Jan and the process is pure customer support and 24*7 shift + 5 days working with 2 rotation off.

Interview mode : Walk-In/Virtual

Please Find below the JD FYR.

Qualification :- Graduate if Fresher/ HSC only for Experience

Experience:- 6 months Experience into Customer Service Mandatory

Shift Timing : 24*7 (Rotational)
Working Days : 5
Week Offs : 2 Rotational

Can facility both side available

Salary: upto 4,10,000 LPA

Excellent Communication mandatory ( International Voice Selects Only)

Work Location: LOMA IT Park, Ghansoli
