Job description

JOB SCOPE

Role : HR-MIS Executive

  1. Weekly, Bi-monthly and Monthly Reports - HRIS, turnover rates, flash report, comparator, employee productivity reports and demographics
  2. Data visualization and Dashboards preparation.
  3. Improve HR information systems and data analytics processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes.
  4. Managing the HR data systems and soft wares and reporting systems
  5. Master creation and periodically updating employee information on the HRMS.
  6. Med claim; claim management and monthly addition and deletions.
  7. Assist in fulfilling all regulatory paperwork for the ELC requirements.
  8. Assisting in managing employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, master data updates.
  9. UK and GCC employee compliances, as needed.
  10. Maintain dispatch tracker.
