As a People Operations Generalist, you will be primarily responsible for taking full accountability for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality services globally. ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data, including new hires, terminations, job and personal data changes. In this role will take care of all HR related matters for our local team members in India. We are looking for a skilled HR professional, who can lead the complete Employment Journey and drive all HR processes in our office. You will be a part of the global People Operations team and will work closely with all different HR functions like HR Business Partners, L&D, and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities - Serve as the initial point of contact on People team on a day-to-day basis for employee questions about benefits and employment policies
- You will handle everything related to employment law and administrative tasks (preparing employment contracts, updating HR system, vacation law, preparing our new Staff Handbook, pre-boarding to offboarding benefits, payroll operations, etc.) -
- You will proactively support our managers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary HR tools to lead their teams -
- You will drive our local and some global employee engagement initiatives, including setting up and/or reviewing our benefits program, company events and team building initiatives in collaboration with facilities.
- You will be the POC to partner with our local service providers
- Proven track record in designing and implementing human resource programs and initiatives Adept in HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compensation management
- Provide people operations administrative support, including supporting various people operations systems (such as the ATS and survey platforms), inputting employee data and changes, manage performance review and engagement survey deployment, maintenance of employee files.
- Provide administration, communication, and processing in support of core HR processes
- Partner closely with other People functions and HRBPs to execute HR Operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience, and data integrity.
- Provide mentorship and assistance for employees and managers on core HR policies and processes
- You will be one of three People Ops Specialists providing support to and be the subject matter expert for all our Global employees.
- Stay closely connected and aligned with our broader People team; contributing as an integral member of the People team, participating in weekly meetings and social events when and where able
- Build relationships and trust with our international teammates to be their support system and ensure they feel connected to the broader team
- The right person will be able to pivot between priorities seamlessly and is a self-starter who learns quickly and is comfortable working independently
- As a point person for day-to-day employee support and office operations, this person will guarantee that everything runs smoothly, and will proactively identify & solve for any inefficiencies
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in human resources administration (operations) or generalist role, delivering a high-quality experience for team members
- Self-driven to achieve results with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a People Operations or Generalist type role preferred
- Deep knowledge of local employment rules and laws
- Strong communication skills, and fluency in written and spoken English
- You like to build from scratch, and thrive in a fast-growing international company
- You appreciate the global context and are flexible on working hours
- You enjoy being close to your colleagues and spend at least 3 days in the office
- Ability to obsess over the customer, practice real talk, roll up your sleeves, your actions live up to words, and you share the wheel
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week
