Reporting Area Sales Manager

Role - Business Development Executive / Sales Consultant

Function Area - Sales

Role Scope :

Sales Associates primary responsibility is selling of high-end hair care & Nail care products in the Salon professional channel. The role primarily involves delivery of sales numbers through planning & execution of trade plans & technical selling of the products to the salons.

Major Responsibilities:

- Visiting salon daily as per coverage plan.

- Planning of education training in salon to build the market.

- Delivering sales targets

- Relationship management with the existing salons/ clients and with distributor for managing relevant claims

- Identification and conversion of new accounts / clients into Salons

- Share secondary sales reports on timely basis

- Plan & execute trade initiatives in the territory and salon visuals, beat plans etc

- Customer issues or objection handling

Skills:

- Basic analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills- verbal & written

- Planning & following through

- Negotiation skills

- Customer Orientation

- Basic MS Excel skills

Experience: -

Minimum 1 - 3 years of Sales experience. Minimum 1 - 5 years' experience for BDE.

Education Qualification:

Minimum bachelor's degree level from any recognized University in India with Minimum 1 year experience. MBA fresher's also preferred.

Note : Bike compulsory for market work
