Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers and printers.

Qualifications

• Technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in repairing desktop computers and printers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Experience in customer service
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar certifications are also desirable.
