Job description

Candidate should meet the following criteria: Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management and staff productivity. Plans, organizes, staffs, directs, and controls the day-to-day operations of the department. Coaching on customer centricity best practices High degree of interpersonal and interdisciplinary skills with a willingness to support team members. Communicate, negotiate, and present information tailored to a variety of audiences. Encourages teams to continuously improve methods, processes, and tools to improve quality and velocity. Serves as an escalation point to address impediments. Strong development background with ability to understand modern language paradigms. Ability to lead and coach teams through change and implementing new ways of working. Coaching skills to be able to guide teams through problem resolution and business impacting events. Proven ability to mentor and coach peer managers on business outcomes and technical acumen. Effective leadership of vendor relationships and contract management of both CTS and MTS vendors Ability to influence outcomes of Enterprise Architecture Ability to influence outcomes of Platform Architecture.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative Degree or related field. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Twelve (12) years of overall experience and seven (7) years with systems development experience which includes programming. • Experience in Full Stack/ BE/ Large scale java based distributed systems. • Should have experience with Enterprise level platform Designs. • Should be able to manage 2 scrum Teams up to 15 People. • Strong experience in Agile & ability to build smart designs. • Communicate and collaborate with other managers. • Scaling up applications and interacting with other system applications • Solid Communication Skills, Leadership and Project Management skills • Role is techno functional with 50% Technical & 50% people management involvement. • No certifications required but PMP is Preferred.
