Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the student accommodation market. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility among students and increase our occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and preferences of students.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the student accommodation sector.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and apply this knowledge to our marketing strategy.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Develop video and graphical content that resonates with the student demographic.
- Manage content calendars and ensure a consistent and relevant content flow.
Social Media and Online Community Engagement:
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Engage with online communities and forums where students discuss accommodation and related topics.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns targeting prospective students.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize our website for search engines to improve organic search visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to target relevant audiences.
- Analyze and report on SEO and SEM performance metrics.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns targeted at students and potential partners.
- Segment email lists to ensure personalized and relevant communication.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance to optimize future campaigns.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with universities, colleges, and student organizations to expand our outreach.
- Develop partnership strategies with local businesses and service providers beneficial to students.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data and emerging trends.
Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers for marketing-related services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or accommodation sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
