Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with guiding and advising students on academic, and career.
Key Responsibilities:
1.    Student Guidance: Provide personalised counselling to students, helping them choose the right study abroad program based on their academic and career goals.
2.    Admissions Support: Assist students with the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted accurately and on time.
3.    Program Knowledge: Stay updated on various study abroad programs, scholarships, and admission requirements to provide accurate information to students.
4.    Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with students, parents, and educational institutions to address queries and concerns.
5.    Visa Counselling & Filing: Stay updated on Visa regulations and requirements, providing comprehensive guidance to students throughout the Visa Application process
6.    Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational partners to enhance opportunities for our students.
7.    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
