Details of Position:
1. Position :- Customer Service Agent (CSA) and Production Support
2. Job Description and Technology Required:-
- Develop and maintain Linux scripting solutions and Python scripts to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams using your foundational understanding of SQL and Basic Java
- Leverage your AWS Cloud Practitioner certification to optimize cloud-based resources and enhance system performance.
- Demonstrate adept communication skills while promptly addressing alerts, monitoring batch processes, and managing system thresholds.
- Create and refine tools that automate and optimize our support function, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Support, maintain, and comprehensively document existing systems, actively contributing to their enhancement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams spanning Mumbai, Pune, and other global locations.
- Ensure the success of pre and post-production testing for client projects, directly impacting project outcomes.
- Utilize your knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to fortify system resilience.
3. Desired Candidate Profile:-
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in CSA operations, customer-facing production support, and related roles.
- Proficiency in Linux scripting and Python for operations scripts, enabling effective automation.
- Sound understanding of coding languages like Java and SQL, facilitating clear communication with development teams.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, showcasing your expertise in cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for timely alerts, client interactions, and internal collaborations.
- Proven ability to monitor batch processes, system thresholds, and promptly respond to alerts.
- Strong skillset in building automation tools to enhance support functions and operational efficiency.
- Established track record of maintaining, supporting, and documenting existing systems, driving continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones and locations.
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SQL programming, Unix/Shell scripting, and other relevant scripting languages.
- Willingness to work during unconventional hours and perform under pressure.
4. Certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified (A big plus)
5. Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri) or Pune (Baner)
