Develop comprehensive project scopes and collaborate with internal and external resources to identify the most effective path for project completion.
Create detailed budgets for transition projects.
Establish and manage precise project schedules in collaboration with team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives, project scope, and milestones to meet requirements.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of all necessary items for projects.
Lead, coordinate, and motivate project resources to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery of deliverables.
Monitor and report on project performance, specifically analyzing successful completion of project milestones.
Supervise all on-site activities related to the project.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IOD, PMP, PLP, and manage internal stakeholders.
What you bring
Bachelor's & Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience with PMP certification.
Proficiency in using MS Project to ensure project adherence to schedules.
Strong contract management and change order skills.
Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand various disciplines and technologies, complemented by excellent computer skills.
Capability to interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings.
Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of project accounting concepts, including percentage of completion, earned value, and accounting techniques.
