Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager in White Hanger at New Delhi. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager should be able to maintain inventory, implement retail loss prevention techniques, and handle customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Store Management skills, including inventory management and team management
• Retail Loss Prevention and security management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
