Roles and Responsibilities Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts, and file documents. Timely and accurate reporting is a must Manage e-commerce customer service support through the effective and timely use of email, Live Chat, Phone, walk-in customer support, and social media. Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services.2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
