Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Associate- CATI. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting surveys and data collection through the Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI) method. The Research Associate will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data collected, managing and organizing data, and collaborating with the research team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct surveys through the Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI) method
• Experience in data collection and data management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SPSS/STATA is a plus
• Experience in the research industry is a plus
