Job description
The role holder will be responsible for synthesizing and developing new products, required for the home and personal care industry. This role entails conducting laboratory-based development work on processes and applications, as well as developing analytical methods. The role holder will also oversee scaling up to pilot production and ultimately commercialization of the developed products. Additionally, they will play a important role in driving innovation by bringing new ideas for research and development in specific business categories. These ideas should aim to generate higher revenue, increase profit margins, or attract new customers.
Key Deliverables: Bring and develop new concepts /products / new solution Develop instrumental and / or wet analytical methods required for process monitoring and product analysis. Preparation of documents during all phases of R & D. Process improvement in regular product to reduce the cost and improve profits. Coordination with pilot plant and production people for smooth transfer of product technology. Support production and QA/QC in case of troubleshooting and resolve customer complaint. Monitor team metrics and objectives to ensure delivery of goals.
