Salary - 3-3.6 Lacs Role & Responsibilities: Own the business and operations of the sports facilities assigned to you. Ensure great customer experience at 7-15 Hudle sports venues by managing each and every operational aspect. Ensure the venues are always in great operational condition and running smoothly. Ensure quick reporting and resolution of issues in their assigned venues. Manage an overall team of 5 to 15 venue executives deployed at each venue Work towards increasing revenues in their assigned venues by providing great customer experience and value-added services. Weekly and monthly performance reporting of venues. Develop an expertise in Hudle's suite of products. Represent Hudle in the most professional manner with external stakeholders. Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, stakeholders and other relevant people and businesses. Develop and submit business and data reports to upper management. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any field with a keen interest in using technology to standardize large-scale on-ground operations. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A keen eye for attention to detail. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated and willing to learn.
