Role - Chef Devops Engineer L2/L3 Level
- Active participation in design , implementation of large scale infrastructure
- Develop and support Chef Cookbook
- Experience on on Inspec and Test Kitchen
- Experience on Chef Vaults , Roles , Environments and Runlist in CHEF
- Develop and support Jenkins pipeline
- Chef Client troubleshooting on RHEL and Windows
- Assistance on Chef Client Deployment and related Incidents
- Support Chef Infrastructure
- Understanding CI/CD pipeline and code development process
- Basic Knowledge on Linux and Windows Server
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code
- Willingness to practice DevOps Principle
- Good verbal and written communication skills Additional Skills - - Experience on GitHub,Service Now, JIRA
- Experience on Ruby / Ansible / AWS / Azure / GCP / Terraform / Docker
- Experience on Shell Scripting / Power-shell Scripting (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
