Job description
1. 24×7 plant operations from CCR.
2. Coordination with other departments shift person like Mech, electrical, instrument, wagon tippler, packing plant for smooth plant operations
3. Raw material feeding in G shift in coordination with G shift RMH staff person
4. Day to day abnormalities/problems communication to concern and follow up to ensure running of mills.
5. Cement production with required quality
6. Coordination with shift logistics
Belt Attendant Works:
1. 24×7 process shift operations and attending problems in clinker extraction from CSP, material extraction through Weigh feeder, Metal removal from magnets, airslide jam removal, cyclone jam removal,
2. In schedule maintenance performs activities like mill diaphragm cleaning,
Helps in Grinding media charging, circuit inspections
3. By seeing site condition gives clearance to start and stop the mill to CCR operator
4. Communicates with CCR for any problem at site for mill operations.
5. Manages Grinding aid dozing
6. Mill water spray nozzle cleaning
7. Coating and lumps removal from chutes
8. Handle complete RMH operation.
9. Feeding raw of materials.
10. Unloading of received raw materials like gypsum, pond ash, lime stone etc.,
