Key Responsibilities: •Solution Architecture: Design and develop architectural solutions using Node.js. •Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor our development team. •Code Quality: Maintain coding standards and policies. •Deployment Strategies: Develop deployment strategies for Node.js applications. •Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal stakeholders informed. •Team Management & Leadership: Coach, mentor, and guide the development team. •Technology Adoption: Stay updated with the latest Node.js/ReactJS developments:

Requirements: •Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science. •6+ years of Node.js experience, 10+ years in IT. •In-depth knowledge of API-driven microservices architecture. •Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferable) and DevOps. •Familiarity with web application security standards. •Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL, and web servers. •Strong communication skills.
