Job description

Seeking a Merchandising Manager to oversee product lifecycle, develop sales strategies, and ensure a seamless online customer experience. This role demands a blend of merchandising acumen, catalogue management, and demand planning, aligning closely with Marketing and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

- Merchandising Strategy : Craft and implement strategies to align with company goals and meet customer expectations.

- Catalogue Management : Ensure the online catalogue is accurate, complete, and SEO-friendly.

- Demand Planning and execution : Plan customer demand and manage inventory.

- Cross-team Collaboration : Work with Marketing and Product teams to coordinate product launches and promotions.

Must haves :

- Data Analysis : Proficiency in analyzing data to take merchandising decisions.

- Merchandising Experience : Demonstrated success in a retail or online merchandising roles

- Catalogue Management : Experience with catalogue optimization and SEO principles.

- Demand Planning : Skilled in creating effective demand plans and execution.

- Online Marketing : Understanding of online marketing strategies.

Desirable Skills:
