Education: Any B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Civil + MBA/PGDM in Marketing

Job description:
- Sales-oriented candidate from Steel, Aluminium and cast iron Engineering Industry.
- The Candidate should meet Targeted Audience, generate enquiries, attend meetings with customers, Purchase Teams,
- Tendering to follow up and close the order including receivable management.
- He also should communicate to the customer by mail, phone etc and should be a good communicator.
Detailed Skill Set Requirement :
- Must have sales and marketing/business development experience of an engineering firm with at least 5 years
- Knowledge of tendering business, export business and b2b capital products/project deals
- Offers submission and dealing with large projects with bank Guarantees (BGs) and legal, techno-commercial acumen is must
- Good Communication and presenter for industrial and management presentations through PowerPoint
- Willing to travel across the globe and various industrial units / SEZ/production hubs of India
- Must have worked with steel industry/metal industry at least for last 3 years
- One point contact for key accounts from lead generation till receivable management including all compliances of GST / TDS / successful financial closures
- Business Development for new avenues and helping the firm to execute new customized product, project/services for Steel / Metal / Aluminium / Iron / Engineering / Export industry to scale up the organization
- Structure and Handle Sales with geography and segment and reporting to senior management.
- Global sales experience is an added advantage for exports orders.
