Role Summary: The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a strategic and pivotal role within Artha Group, dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of the CEO. This individual will facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives, oversee project management, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and lead special projects directly commissioned by the CEO. The role requires an exceptional blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational prowess.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution:

Assist the CEO with strategic planning processes, ensuring the alignment of projects with the company’s mission and goals. Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and adapting plans as necessary. Project Management:

Lead and oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Apply best practices in project management to achieve operational excellence and strategic objectives. Senior Stakeholder Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and senior stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring the seamless flow of information. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the company's strategic goals. Special Projects for the CEO:

Take charge of special projects as assigned by the CEO, which may include organizational change initiatives, entering new markets, or exploring new investment opportunities. Approach these projects with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering tangible outcomes. Operational Efficiency:

Streamline operations and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives. Performance Monitoring:

Evaluate the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives and projects. Provide the CEO with insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in project management, senior stakeholder management, and leading strategic initiatives within venture capital, private equity, or related fields. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale projects and initiatives. MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.

Compensation: Competitive Package : 25 lakhs CTC per annum (20 lakhs paid out monthly + 5 lakhs at the end of every 12-month period). Performance Incentives : Eligibility for performance-based bonuses
