Role Description

This is a full-time Creative Director role, on-site at our office in Chennai. The Creative Director will oversee the creative team and provide strategic direction for all creative projects. The Creative Director will be responsible for developing creative strategies, managing the creative process from concept to completion, and ensuring that all work is aligned with the client's brand. The Creative Director will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure that all creative work meets or exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

Creative Leadership:

● Provide visionary leadership for the creative team, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and business objectives.

● Inspire and motivate team members to deliver high-quality, innovative work.

Brand Development:

● Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all creative assets.

● Ensure that creative output aligns with the brand's values and messaging.

Team Management:

● Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and other specialists.

● Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Project Oversight:

● Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative projects from inception to completion.

● Set project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

● Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and goals.

● Ensure cohesive and integrated creative solutions across various channels.

Creative Strategy:

● Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance the organization's market presence and achieve business objectives.

● Stay informed about industry trends and integrate them into creative strategies.

Quality Control:

● Maintain high standards of creative excellence and ensure all work meets brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.

● Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their performance.

Client Interaction:

● Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs and objectives.

● Present creative concepts and solutions to clients and teams.
