Responsibilities
· Preparation of fund disbursement report by banks under subvention schemes. Work with banks to get the loan statement for subvention scheme customer and ensuring timely accounting of the same.
· Timely preparation of Treasury & Banking related reports such as BRS, Cash flow statement, and other management reports.
· Coordinate with banks and internal teams for approval of real estate projects for customer loan
· Preparing cash budgets and management information reports for the management that are fit for purpose, timely and accurate
· Ensuring RERA Compliance
· Must be extremely organized and able to multitask
· High level of proficiency in Excel and Word
· Preparation of Project Cost Budget Vs Actual Report
Requirements
· 3- 5 Yrs experience in Real Estate sector
· Attention to detail and data management skills.
· Dynamic personality Great attitude
· Self-starter
· Education- Graduation
