Job description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at B J Electronics Private Limited located in Coimbatore. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring that production lines run smoothly, implementing appropriate measures to increase efficiency, and developing strategies to maintain a high-quality output. The Production Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role Demonstrated expertise in implementing process improvements and identifying opportunities for cost savings Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with related tools and methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of production staff and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

Experience with electronic manufacturing is a plus.
