Job description
Ensure High availability of customers’ IT Infrastructure
Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools
Ensure compliance to agreed SOW’s
Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer
Understand and follow SOP’s ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA
Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools
Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure
Ensure High Availablity of Email Security Tools & Service Delivery Infrastructure
Assist in MIS & Dashboards
Document technical procedures and work instructions
This is a customer-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and having customer service mindset. You should be ready to work in customer time zone and during off business hours to manage operations.
Manage and configure the Carbon Black App Control server based on organizational requirements
Create policies to control enforcement levels and agent functionality
Implement rules to support the organization’s security posture
Use the Carbon Black App Control tools to understand agent and server data
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our email systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
Administer email user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting accounts as needed.
Monitor and troubleshoot email issues, responding to user inquiries and resolving problems promptly.
Excellent Hands-On Experience in Installation,configuration & Troubleshooting of Operating Systems,End Point installation Administration
Knowledge & Exposure on Cloud concepts
Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, Load Balancing, Anti-virus, Patch Management .
Implement and maintain email security measures, including spam filters, firewalls, and encryption protocols.
In depth knowledge of Messaging applications of OEM and Linux & Windows OS.
Rich experience in administration, maintenance on Messaging, Applications database and all related services Regularly backup and restore email data to safeguard against data loss and ensure business continuity.
MCSE / MCSA / MCP certification for Windows
Certified ITILv3 Foundation – Preferred
VMware Carbon Black Cloud Professional
VMware Carbon Black EDR Advanced Analyst preferred
Proof Point Email Security Specialist
