Job Description

Responsibilities - Establish a data-driven, industrial-grade underwriting process which can evaluate +100 companies per year and proactively monitor a portfolio of +50 companies - Develop and ensure adherence to policies related to critical risks including credit, collateral, liquidity, compliance, etc. - Drive investment negotiations, documentation, and execution with support from the investment operations team - Help evaluate and implement credit products that meet market needs

The Successful Applicant

Skills and Experience - +10 years experience structuring and investing in securities such as NCDs and PTCs - CFA preferred - Strong analytical and communication skills - Comfortable in a dynamic organization - Understanding of loan agreements, legal obligations and lending laws - Experience lending in the agriculture sector is preferred - Passionate about climate action, rural development, agribusiness Location - India based Mumbai or Bangalore preferred
