Job description

Dear All,

Hiring with General Insurance Company for their office in Mumbai / Goregaon.

Role : Sr. Manager – Health Claims (investigation)

Role & Responsibilities:

Ensure red flag cases are assigned for claims investigation on timely manner to Risk Control and loss minimization team (RCLM)
Identify new claims pattern and assign for investigation
Evaluate/analysis investigation findings and provide recommendation to Claims assessor of KGI/TPA
Conduct monthly review with RCLM on outstanding claims investigation and ensure TATs are adhered.
Generate monthly report on allocation%, Hit rate and savings
Ensure fraudulent hospitals/IMD etc are listed and sent to KGI Claims/TPA/UW on monthly basis.
