Company Description Utilidex delivers a range of integrated energy software products supporting end customers, consultants and energy suppliers/generators for data management, billing, trading, budgeting and energy management. Our software products can be purchased independently or as part of an integrated suite and are delivered on the Microsoft Azure platform.
Role Description Technical Team Lead with a minimum of 5 years upto maximum 10 years to oversee our development team. This is a full-time role for a Team Lead at Utilidex located in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of developers, overseeing the development and maintenance of software products, exercising quality control and management best practices, and ensuring software compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives and user needs. Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices using C# and .NET 5+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Oversee the implementation of OAuth 2/OIDC authentication and authorization using MS libraries Coordinate deployment and management of microservices using Containers/Docker Facilitate integration with SQL Server, Redis Cache, and Azure ServiceBus Drive API development and documentation efforts for internal and external use Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and ensure alignment of development efforts Ensure design consistency and adherence to microservices architecture patterns such as Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Sagas, MediatR, and Distributed System Design Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into team processes Qualifications: Extensive experience with C# and .NET 5+ Proficiency in OAuth 2/OIDC, API development, Containers/Docker, SQL Server, Redis Cache, Azure ServiceBus, SignalR, unit and integration test creation (Xunit and Moq) Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and related concepts Familiarity with Duende IdentityServer, NServiceBus, GRPC/ is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a development team Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Applicants who can join us immediately will be considered on priority!Job tags
