WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The Project Manager is responsible for creating opportunities to achieve business growth, must have the ability to build a relationship from within a client account and co-ordinate the effective functioning of his project management skills from a client satisfaction and job delivery point of view. The Project Manager will have well-developed client liaison. He will possess strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to coach, inspire and motivate his team to perform to an equally high standard. He will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality and in line with best practice principles, and contractual SLAs and KPIs. The Project Manager will fulfill senior client engagement responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running and ongoing development of the offshore-onsite relationship, enabling improved customer service and creating opportunities for business development.

Responsibilities: • Function as a single point of contact for client, agency stakeholders, internal production teams for the account - from briefing to billing • Display solid understanding of brand guidelines with keen interest to research to understand ways of working and creative inputs • Able to break down briefs of deliverables along with media plans and book in jobs / deadlines for execution of the same • Follow up with creative agencies, media contacts and publication contacts for required inputs and ensure the campaign deliverables are on track • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, set expectations on deadlines and ensure 100% OTD with media deadlines as defying it will result in huge penalties for the production agencies • Develop nuanced relationships with key contacts at publications, media, and creative agencies to ensure we get the desired responses and can effectively communicate between all the stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met • Display good understanding of print specs, pre-flight checks and navigating them to ensure the deliverables are set to the right specs whilst delivery • Excellent project management skills to drive SLAs, quality, and process compliance end to end • Compliance to outlined workflows and flagging challenges proactively to avoid any delivery issues • Critical thinking skills to step in and ensure the overall objective in terms of project deliverables is achieved • Ability to arrive at estimates based on campaign briefs to cover potential deliverables aligned to the requirement and add value in terms of creative concepts • Expected to set up or improvise workflows wherever we see scope of improvement • Sensitivity to the client budget approved and effective tracking during the project • Financial Management of projects and campaigns- o Ensuring work is billed timely and correctly o KPI monitoring o To support the collation of Management Information Systems for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly calls both internally and client stakeholders, at required intervals to ensure the process is functional and SLAs are met including maintaining action lists, follow up and close out on outstanding items week on week • Work with senior project manager (India and UK) and internal studio to consolidate all guidelines, materials, and training related materials, quality related updates, SOPs in one place available and update it as and when necessary

Other Competencies • Commercial/industry awareness – retail brands (mandatory) • Omnichannel experience and working with media, creative and publication agencies to deliver campaign deliverables effectively • Workflow tools and Working knowledge in MS Excel

GREAT TO HAVE • An undergraduate degree in any specialization • Minimum 6+ years of agency related experience in client handling roles with retail brands (big basket, spencers, any other global retail brand) • Must have relevant experience in terms of coordination and working on omni channel briefs • Experience working with media plans, multiple stakeholders across media, creative and publication agencies, and internal teams to ensure the campaign deadlines are not missed • Excellent communication skills to interact with UK POCs across client, media, creative and publication agencies
