Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team at Gmware. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in our database and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry and be proficient in database management systems, customer relationship management, and online data entry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in data entry and data management
• Knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS)
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Experience with online data entry is a plus

• Enter and update data in the company database
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of data
• Perform regular data backups to prevent loss
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
