Job description
Responsible for achieving Cross Selling products TGT v/s ACT of the region and maintaining relation with Cross selling Peers to ensure smooth implementation of process.
 Maintaining direct relations with High Net worth Individuals at respective region. Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per the norms. Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region.
Responsible for overall administration of regions and do periodic visit to all the branches of the region. Ensure cost effective fund management among branches with in the region. Ensure the gold loan SOP to be followed and inculcated in branch operations. Reviewing Audit reports for the region and take necessary action. Conducting Periodic training Program for development of the staff to take additional responsibilities.
