Job description:Team Lead UI (JavaScript / ExtJS)Location: Mumbai, Santacruz EastJob Profile:To lead a team of Software Engineers developing Web UI framework modules built on Sencha (Optional) ExtJS & JavaScript.To investigate any other Web UI framework / libraries for potential use in Company's framework and solutions. Once approved, work on implementing framework components and solutions in this framework.To participate in all phases of SDLC like requirement analysis, design & reviews.To deliver robust and maintainable software designs.To train and mentor new team members.Technical Skills:Good understanding of JavaScript concepts, coding styles, debugging and profiling techniques.Good understanding of CSS or SCSS for stylingBasic understanding of any web server or reverse proxy for hosting web applicationsGood understanding of OO concepts.Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.Good experience in developing Javascript based Web UI modules.Strong experience in software development lifecycle and related processes and tools.Desirable Attributes:Prior experience in developing Web UI modules using jQuery, Angular, React, Vue, Svelte, Sencha ExtJS, etc.Prior experience with JavaScript or Web app test automationEducational Qualification:Engineering degree (preferably CS or Electronics Engg.), MCA, B.Sc. Tech. and / or PGDST/C-DAC. B.Sc. graduates with PGDST/C-DAC.Experience:7 to 8 years of experience in reputed software organizationLeast 1 - 3 years should be as a Team / Tech Leader.Other Attributes:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to "think outside the box".Ability to learn and deploy new technology and development skills.Strong problem-solving skills that provide flexible and well considered solutions.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (ref:hirist.tech)
