Global Product Manager – Industrial Lifting Equipment

Job Summary:

Ingersoll Rand's Power Tools & Lifting Business Unit develops and commercializes a broad portfolio of products for the global market. As Product Manager – Industrial Equipment, you will report to the Director of Product and drive new product research and development efforts focused on Industrial Lifting, Material Handling, Engine Starters, Air Motors, and other Industrial Equipment product categories. At the conclusion of the product development process, the Product Manager will collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to build customer awareness and support sales enablement.

This hybrid role offers a mix of remote (work from home), in-office (Bengaluru, India), and in-field workdays. In the field, the Product Manager will conduct research with end users to gain an understanding of their needs and represent the Voice of the Customer for internal project stakeholders. In our Bengaluru, work with a world class team of Engineers to guide product design and build relationships with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Product Marketing stakeholders.

Key measures of success for the Product Manager will include category sales performance; new product vitality; new product quality, speed-to-market, and profitability; quality of research reporting (user, market, and competitive analysis); and ability to execute the strategic initiatives of the Business Unit leadership.
