Job description
The Restaurant manager is the profit centre head and responsible for smotth running of day to day store operations. Key results include managing sales and profitability, follow cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor management and reviewing financial reports, through the following
Ensure daily and the monthly sales targets are met Ensure profitability for the store is in line with the targets Reduce cost of sales by monitoring wastage and adherence to specified processes Reduce cost of sales by minimising utility costs Drive sales of high margin products in stores Drive and implement promotions and tie ups taken as part of Alternate Business Channels and Marketing promotions Drive average ticket size per customer and Ensure revenue reconciliation and high performance in FER for the storeJob tags
