Job Summary

We are seeking a NonMetallic Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Support Department (GMSD). The GMSD is responsible for providing the technical consultations operational support and troubleshooting benchmarking building strategies business planning and conducting assessment in the areas of safety and environmental compliance cyber security advance process control and optimizations energy and electrical efficiency process engineering reliability and maintenance operational excellence etc. GMSD is also instrumental to the implementation of digital transformation program of This Company. Your primary role is to provide technical support to operating facilities projects technology deployment and talent development of new NonMetallic engineers. You will conduct special studies and analyses in a specialized NonMetallic programs and New Technologies deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop NonMetallic programs
• Develop and implement NonMetallic technologies deployment roadmap
• Scout and lead field trials of NonMetallic Technologies
• Participate in Asset Integrity enhancement by injecting NonMetallic concept and technology to replace conventional steel
• Develop scope and description of technology items and lead field implementation
• Review and approve recommended solutions for NonMetallic asset and coating failures
• Participate in HAZOP review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed
• Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current code and standards
• Develop and transfer knowledge about the use of coating NonMetallic Technologies Deployment and best practices

Requirements:

• Willing to relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably in Materials or Mechanical major is required
• Minimum of 11 years experience processing in Oil/Gas Industry as NonMetallic Engineer is required
• Knowledge of international standards and codes NACE ASME API and ASTM is required
• Excellent presentation skills as well as report writing skills are required
• Excellent skills in dealing with Microsoft Office program are required
