Lead and oversee all content marketing initiatives, including strategy development, planning, execution, and analysis
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business objectives and target audience
Create engaging and high-quality content for various channels such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall marketing initiatives
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelance writers, and ghostwriters to supplement content creation efforts
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing, and apply relevant insights to enhance our content strategy
Analyze content performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and make data- driven recommendations for improvement
The Successful Applicant
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in financial services & fintech companies
Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization
Experience in managing external agencies and working with freelance writers and ghostwriters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems
