Technology Support Engineer – AV & IOT

The technology within the AV infrastructure is rapidly changing and we would require someone on board who can adapt to the changing environment upgrading his/her skills and expertise offering seamless support experience for collaboration of AV products to all associates. Some of the standard technology would include Dual screen edge blending projection, Drome projection, touch table, AI/VR , robotics, and any other traditional AV equipment mentioned below

Requirements

Video Conference room deployment (Polycom RMX, DMA, Cisco VCS, Codian, VCR, Touch Panel). Audio/ Video Equipment, configuration, and QA (Polycom, Crestron, AMX, Extron, APC/Biamp/ Screenbeam, Solstice POD/Coledar/Planar/Cyviz/AMX/Christie/Tannoy/Shure/Lightware/Barco/Polycom/cisco to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with respective teams to establish and understand the overall scope of the project. in managing high-end deployed solutions at client locations such as the Meeting rooms. Thoroughly understand the working of different systems/equipment/products supplied and deployed. Diagnose, identify, and resolve the tickets assigned within the SLA. Must have strong troubleshooting skills with an eye for minute details. Prioritize and work on client issues without disturbing their workflow. Interact with the peer, and next-level team for issues unresolved and drive the situation till the closure. Supporting and solving meeting room issues reported via ticketing tool, telephone, and emails. Perform routine health checks of the AV equipment in all the meeting rooms and act accordingly for issues noticed if any. Work with OEMs in case of any product/device failure and try to rectify issues within the SLA Attending all internal /External AMC meetings and Working with the logistics team and compliance team on the inventory and spares list to ensure optimum uptime at client locations. Provide Weekly status reports of the tickets and issues resolved and ensure we meet SLA. Maintain detailed support documentation /RMA list throughout the year of AMC to later prepare and detailed report and present to the client on the overall performance. Training users on the infrastructure.

You're perfect for this role if you have:

Skilled professional in the AV industry and collaboration tools/platforms 4 to 6 years in supporting a medium or large enterprise environment on AV infra and technology. Flexible, customer-focused, and enthusiastic to learn. Good understanding of VoIP, Telephony, and call management. AV/Windows and/or ITIL certification is an added advantage.
