The Role: The Candidate will be responsible for recruitment delivery for the international search business of KNR and managing the overall P&L. Industry Recruitment Experience across any of these locations namely India, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latam and Europe. Industries to cater: Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, FMCG, Chemicals, Automotive, Banking, Financial Services, etc Key Responsibilities: Independently take up the recruitment for leadership assignments across APAC & and EMEA for different industries. Directly responsible for client management and key account management. Manage P&L and revenue with a team of consultants. Sourcing and recruiting of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates. Applying technology, google, LinkedIn and Social media for talent search and mapping. Involvement in Data mining and research of target industries and companies. Understand and analyze overall Client job roles, talent needs and requirements. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with candidates. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Practice Leader/Principal Consultant.Job tags
