Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams. 

 

Responsibilities

· Proven experience in Area sales Manager, Relationship Manager Or Branch Sales manager, preferably in Lap loan And Home Loan.

· Ticket Size 5 To 35 Lakh .

· Incentive Up to Rs 30k to 40k Monthly.

· Candidate Should Be from Small Nbfc.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Knowledge of [Property Loan , Lap , Nbfc] is a plus.
