This is a full-time on-site role as a System Administration Manager located in Pune. The System Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily management, troubleshooting, and technical support of our company's information technology infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
• Proficiency in System Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
• Expert knowledge of:
• Firewalls - Sophos, Sonicwall
• Internet security
• Malware attack prevention
• Software installations
• Day-to-day IT tasks and cases
• Strong understanding of Information Technology infrastructure
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required
• Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA are preferred
