Job description

Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided databases leads or lists.

Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain products or services to prospective clients highlighting their features benefits and unique selling points.

Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively addressing customer inquiries overcoming objections and closing deals.

Maintain Database: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions leads and sales opportunities within the CRM system.

Followup: Conduct followup calls to nurture leads provide additional information and facilitate the sales process.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas and targets set by the sales manager or team lead.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer needs preferences and market trends. Prepare regular reports on sales activities outcomes and challenges.
