Job description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday operations of educational programs ensuring seamless coordination and execution to foster a conducive learning environment.

Collaborate closely with faculty staff and fellow administrators to proactively develop refine and implement academic policies and procedures that align with institutional goals and standards.

Take charge of student enrollment processes managing admissions registration and meticulous maintenance of student records to facilitate efficient academic processes.

Work collaboratively with instructors to design and implement class schedules ensuring optimal resource allocation and a balanced academic workload.

Exercise fiscal responsibility by managing budgetary matters allocating funds strategically for programs staffing and the maintenance of educational facilities.

Implement and enforce rigorous compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements ensuring the institutions adherence to the highest academic and ethical standards.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at enhancing student retention rates and academic success fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Handle diverse administrative tasks including report preparation effective communication management and addressing both student and faculty concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Education Administration Higher Education or a related field.

3 years of progressive experience in education administration or a comparable role.

Indepth knowledge of academic policies accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Strong organizational and leadership skills demonstrating an ability to lead and inspire teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with various stakeholders.

Skills:

Proficient in using education management systems and administrative software to streamline processes.

Strategic planning and decisionmaking skills contributing to the ongoing improvement of academic programs.

Effective communication skills for collaborative work with diverse stakeholders including faculty staff and external partners.

Strong problemsolving abilities addressing administrative challenges with efficiency and innovation.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills ensuring a motivated and cohesive administrative team.

Preferred:

Doctorate in Education or a related field highlighting a commitment to advanced academic expertise.

Certification in Education Administration showcasing a dedication to ongoing professional development.

Proven experience in developing and successfully implementing impactful educational policies.

Active participation in relevant professional associations conferences and ongoing engagement in the evolving landscape of education administration.
