The Team

Discover the various Financial Risk services, we offer to help organizations across the full life cycle of financial transaction. From governance and processes to technology and reporting, our services can enhance transparency, efficiency, compliance and financial integrity.

Work you'll do

Candidates will be responsible for working with the IB Controls & Regulatory COO team in Mumbai location. The IB Controls & Regulatory COO is a critical First Line of Defense function for the Investment Bank, mainly responsible for providing controls assurance & oversight model for Traders, Supervisors & BRCOs/Product COOs within IB.

Preferred competencies:

Mandatory -

• Strong understanding of Investment Bank Trade Lifecycle
• Trader mandates, SOX/RDAR Testing & Controls, Post Trade Controls,
• Understanding, analyzing & implementing a diverse set of First Line Controls and Audit/Regulator remediation actions for the IB Business.
• Stakeholder management involving FO/Traders
• Controls assurance & oversight model for Traders, Supervisors & BRCOs/Product COOs within IB.

Good to have -

• Non-financial/ Operations Risk Management
• Exceptions management/ controls monitoring
• Supervisory Dashboard, Cancel and Correct, Cross Border, PnL reporting, Onboarding/Offboarding Checklists
• Regulatory obligations, Dodd Frank Material Economic Terms (MET) & Pre-Trade Mid-Market Mark (PTMMM) review, other tyrekicks etc.
• Experience in Internal Audit will be preferred.

Qualification

• CA, Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration equivalent.
• Related work experience in audit, risk management or compliance with control testing highly preferred
