Job description
A Field Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the organization. They are responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in field sales or sales management role.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and report on key performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
